The goal of this program is to improve management of inverted papillomas (IPs), use of sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT), and surgical management of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma (rNPC). After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Identify IPs on physical examination. 2. Optimize surgical resection of IPs. 3. Prescribe SLIT for select patients with allergies. 4. Weigh the benefits and risks associated with treatment strategies for rNPC. 5. Grade tumors associated with rNPC.
