The goal of this program is to improve management of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) through administration of testosterone therapy (TT) and management of nocturia and overactive bladder (OAB). After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to:
1. Describe the relationship between hypogonadism and T2DM.
2. Analyze the impacts of TT on various diabetes-related parameters.
3. Identify the impacts of nocturia on sleep quality.
4. Interpret patient history and assessment to appropriately diagnose nocturia vs OAB.
5. Prescribe appropriate treatment for OAB.
