The goal of this program is to improve the management of nasal polyps and atopic diseases using monoclonal antibodies and the management of hearing loss through inner ear regeneration procedures. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to:
1. Administer dupilumab to patients with corticosteroid-dependent asthma.
2. Explain the importance of fractional exhaled nitric oxide in the evaluation of efficacy of dupilumab.
3. Optimize use of dupilumab in asthmatic patients with atopic dermatitis.
4. Explain the significance of the zebra fish model in hair cell regeneration.
5. Cite outcomes in demonstrations of the in vivo model of hair regeneration in young mouse models.
