Velopharyngeal Dysfunction (VPD) is a complex and often debilitating pathology , managed by otolaryngologists in collaboration with speech pathologists. It often has significant psychological and social impact on our patients. A case- based panel discussion featuring leading VPD experts will provide updates on the latest surgical techniques and management algorithms, including challenging cases such as revision surgery. It will identify areas of controversies and future research directions.
