The goal of this program is to improve genetic testing for lung cancer and the management of lung cancer using noninvasive therapies. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. List pathogenic germline variants (PGVs) linked to lung cancer. 2. Compare patients with PGVs who are positive for genes with high penetrance compared with low penetrance. 3. Compare lobectomy with stereotactic body radiotherapy in management of lung cancer. 4. Differentiate hypothermic and hyperthermic modalities in thermal lung ablation. 5. Optimize use of cryoablation in management of lung cancer.
