The goal of this program is to improve the management of familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) and treatment of eating disorders. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Cite guideline recommendations for low-density lipoprotein levels in FH. 2. Explain the role of genetic testing in FH management. 3. Devise treatment plans for patients with FH. 4. Assess laboratory findings in patients with eating disorders. 5. Refer patients to appropriate eating disorder treatment programs.
