The goal of this program is to improve the management of urinary tract infections and utilization of advanced practice providers (APPs) in clinical practice. After hearing and assimi lating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Identify patients who should or should not be screened for asymptomatic bacteriuria. 2. Recognize the clinical signs and symptoms of urinary tract conditions. 3. Optimize treatment of uncomplicated cystitis. 4. Appreciate the value of APPs in clinical practice. 5. Ensure correct coding for work performed by APPs
