This particular module presented by an expert in conflict management illuminates a key point of contention prevalent in healthcare currently – vaccine hesitancy. The hope is that healthcare professionals who are armed with informed research/statistics plus effective listening and communication techniques are better positioned to support patients in making the best and most well-informed decisions for their own healthcare and that of their family.
