The goal of this program is to improve the diagnosis and management of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), Meniere disease and migraine. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to:
1. Assess for signs and symptoms of BPPV.
2. Distinguish among the features of BPPV variants.
3. Select appropriate treatment strategies, for managing recur-rent BPPV.
4. Differentiate between the symptoms of Meniere disease and vestibular migraine.
5. Decide whether conservative or surgical treatment is appropriate for a patient with vestibular migraine.
