This knowledge-based, webinar recording on Practical Care of Mature Adults will provide interprofessional healthcare teams with adequate knowledge and/or skills to appropriately manage common geriatric conditions and syndromes in mature adults.
A portion of these webinars will focus on the quality of care of mature adults in Community Living Centers (CLCs). The goal of these education opportunities is to improve the care provided to mature Veterans and to allow them to maintain as much of their independence as possible while receiving the best care.
This course will provide an overview of how the palliative care team can assist healthcare providers with alternative patient options for pain and symptom management and higher quality of life while still pursuing curative measures. This recorded webinar is focused on an overview of the Bereaved Family Survey.
