myCompass was developed by the Black Dog Institute to help people better self-manage mild-to-moderate symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. The platform consists of a variety of activities and a lifestyle tracking feature which are available on computer or mobile device. The program can be used independently or under the guidance of a healthcare professional.

3 things make this program stand out to me: 1) It has a self-assessment to pick up symptoms of depression and/or anxiety; 2) A lifestyle tracker is integrated into the program, helping the user actively implement changes and monitor progress; 3) There are RCTs supporting the efficacy of the program.
