Revenge bedtime procrastination – the act of delaying sleep to have some precious “me time” – is something many of us can relate to. Bedtime procrastination is most commonly associated with staying up late and scrolling social media (usually in bed), but watching television, playing video games, and several other behaviors also serve as common ways to delay sleep.
