World Sleep Day is an awareness activity of the World Sleep Society. This annual awareness event was started by a group of dedicated healthcare providers and members of the medical community working and studying in the area of sleep medicine and research.
In addition to hosting information about the annual event, the World Sleep Day Website also contains a range of high-quality, evidence-based resources about sleep health. These resources, which include guides, videos, sleep expert FAQs, and editable PowerPoint presentations are available for free download and distribution.

I really like the Ask the Sleep Experts FAQs on this site. In my opinion, they provide very balanced and insightful answers to some of the trickier sleep health questions, like how many hours of sleep should people really get, can you really get a sleep deficit, and is it good to nap during the day.
